While developing hot sauces we immersed ourselves in Caribbean cooking techniques and flavors. During our journey we learned about the wonderful blend of cultures, ethnicities, and foods in Trinidad and Tobago. Rarely do so many people from across the globe coexist and blend their cuisines quite like this. We wanted to use the native Yellow 7 Pot Pepper to make a sauce that showcases this food scene and can transport you to every kitchen on the islands.
