We are still buzzing from a fantastic day at Nevermore Hot, Baltimore’s hottest hot sauce festival. The event took place at Peabody Heights Brewery on November 15, 2025, and brought together more than twenty makers from across the region. Everyone arrived ready to bring serious heat, and the crowd matched that energy with enthusiasm and curiosity.
We were proud to be part of the vendor lineup listed on the official event page.
The festival also welcomed an incredible mix of fellow makers, including Torchbearer Sauces, Revolutionary Hot Sauce, and Maletta’s Hot Sauce, along with many others from Pennsylvania, New York, Virginia, Indiana, Ohio, Washington, DC, and Vermont. It was an amazing group to stand alongside, and the variety of flavor profiles made the day even more exciting.
The atmosphere was electric. Visitors sampled sauces, grabbed merch, and spent the afternoon talking flavor, peppers, and recipes.
The venue set the perfect scene. Peabody Heights Brewery opened its doors to a steady flow of heat seekers, and the outdoor stage hosted live music by Nuthin’ Fancy from 4 to 5 pm. The combination of great beer, great music, and great sauce created a full festival experience from start to finish.
We also released a special sauce created just for the occasion. Jepson’s Paw Paw Sauce blended North American paw paw fruit, then added coconut milk and red habanero heat. It quickly became a crowd favorite and was one of our most talked-about exclusives of the day.
Even the beer played along. The festival featured a crisp pilsner called Fire Extinguisher, brewed to cool off anyone who pushed the limits at the sample tables.
Showing up at Nevermore Hot is about more than sampling sauce. It is an opportunity to stand with our community of makers, connect with fans, receive feedback, and celebrate how much creativity continues to grow in the world of hot sauce.
Our recent website refresh (see our post titled “We Got a New Look”) was designed to bring bold flavor and community to life online. Events like Nevermore Hot are where those ideas become real and where we get to meet the people who keep us inspired.
We are grateful to everyone who visited our booth, asked questions, tried something new, and left with a bottle or two. Your support pushes us to keep experimenting and keep raising the bar.
